15 Cubic Yard Roll-off Dumpster
A medium-sized dumpster holds 15 CY of waste and is great for larger projects that don’t have room to house a full-size dumpster on site.

Additional Terms & Conditions
Rules & Guidelines:
** CUSTOMER MUST EMAIL or TEXT for pickup or change in delivery instructions or change in delivery instructions
** Phone Calls: The best way to contact us is through text or email…If you need to talk to us, we will call you back as soon as we are able.
** Delivery Times: If the dumpster needs to arrive in the AM, please note this. AM deliveries occur between 6AM and 11:59AM
** Pickup is scheduled for the date assigned within the rental period agreement. (Example: 3 days may equal < 72 hours) We do not count Sunday as a rental day so it is possible an additional day will be added to the rental period at no additional charge.
** Overweight dumpsters that cannot be lifted are the customers responsibility to offload
** Hayward Rule: If you leave wood boards, tarps, tools or personal property in or on the dumpster, these items may naturally be considered disposal contents…You will not be reimbursed for these items if you claim we took these away with the dumpster (this sounds stupid but it was a real situation ?)
** Solomon Rule: The rental agreement includes a fixed number of tons within the sale price. If for some reason the dumpster weighs more than the included tonnage, you will pay for the additional weight after the dumpster is weighed at a county approved disposal location. *(example: 2 tons includes but actual weight = 2.6 tons. You pay an additional [0.6 X $64 = $38.64]. Upon request, we will provide a photocopy of the weight ticket with time stamp and we will provide a GPS ping trail to show origination and final destination. If you receive an additional charge for weight, please refrain from threatening us with a bad review…It’s just not a nice thing to do. And for the record, we do not take joy in adding fees after the sale…only 5% of our customers receive an additional weight fee ?
** if for some reason there is a known outstanding balance that has not been paid, we will not remove the dumpster until it has been paid.
** We take pictures of all weight tickets, loads with tires or contamination
** We have GPS tracking on all vehicles and dumpster placements
** If we are not paid for our services or rental, we reserve the right to perform all 3 of the following actions:
1. File a police report for “theft of service”
2. Take legal action and file for damages
3. File a lien on your property
Some fun facts:
** Paint in the dumpster is the customers responsibility, regardless if you think your next door neighbor placed it in there ?
** We cannot control the weather, so when rain adds weight, the County landfill does not provide us a discount…That means the customer cannot expect a discount either ?
** Those tires are still your responsibility even though you think one of your neighbors did it ?
1. Level fill container only (motor carrier law requires all loads to be tarped…therefore the contents of the container must not exceed the height of the walls of the dumpster
2. All paint must be hardened with hardener
3. Tire disposal without rim = $21
4. Tire disposal with rim = $32
5. Appliances = $40/each
6. C&D loads that are contaminated with MSW will be treated as all MSW and charged by the ton after the included MSW is exceeded…Please do not mix yard waste with any other material. Yard Waste must be disposed of separately
7. Trip charges for non-accessible or overloaded dumpsters are assessed at $2.50/mile from Derrer rd or $75 whichever is greater
8. Customer must call by Noon of last day of rental period to notify us of ready for pick up to avoid daily charges
9. No container may be moved with any type of equipment
10. No containers are to be loaded with any type of machinery
11. Concrete washouts require liners…We have liners for $53/each
12. All damage to the dumpster will be charged back to the customer
13. Unloading of overloaded dumpsters are the customers responsibility
14. If customer requires placement of dumpster on grass or lawn, Dump-A-Box will not be responsible for damage to lawn, shrubs, etc…
